I am Marci, a conduit of healing, with a Virgo sun, Gemini moon, and Libra rising, perfectly poised to bridge the earthly with the ethereal, grounded in profound spiritual practice and guided by the cosmos.

My journey is deeply rooted in the vibrant tapestry of the 80s and enriched by the cultural awakening of the 90s in sunny San Diego, CA. As a devoted mother to three radiant children and partner to my soulmate husband, my life is a testament to love, resilience, and the power of nurturing. With a soul stirred by the legendary sounds of The Doors, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Jimi Hendrix, and Fleetwood Mac, I draw inspiration from a time when music was not just sound but a movement towards freedom and connection.

From an early age, I embarked on a path less traveled, choosing to explore the vast landscapes of spiritual and holistic wellness. My quest for knowledge and healing led me to become a reiki master by 18, delving into the realms of quantum energy and spiritual awakening. This journey of discovery was not only fueled by personal exploration but also by the wisdom gained from assisting spiritual teachers on wellness retreats, absorbing their teachings and refining my craft.

The transformative pivot to holistic wellness came after a life-altering car accident, prompting me to immerse myself in the study and practice of alternative healing. This profound shift was not just a career change but a calling, leading me to obtain a holistic health practitioner degree from the International Professional School of Massage and Bodywork, where I specialized in somatic psychology and holistic nutrition. My passion for healing through nature’s bounty inspired the creation of DaKine Grindz, my holistic health meal prep business, and later, the Sunshine Salve, a testament to the healing power of herbal remedies crafted with intention and purity.

Growing much of my own medicinal herbs and ensuring all ingredients are locally and ethically harvested, I am committed to connecting each soul to the healing power of Earth. My journey is also deeply entwined with giving back to the community and nurturing those around me, embodying the spirit of motherhood and community support. Being a mom is my most sacred honor, and through Soul Kitchen Apothecary, I share my mission to navigate life against societal norms, infusing every creation with love, healing, and a spirit of rebellion against the conventional.
